Meet our founder
Rayo, a ray of light, comes from our founder's name, Motunrayo. It reflects the warmth she brings to every patient visit.

Motunrayo Ofi, FNP-BC is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She spent more than a decade as a registered nurse before becoming a nurse practitioner, and has since cared for patients in primary care, walk-in clinics, and disability exams for veterans.
At Rayo, she sees patients for everyday illness, physicals, and long-term conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure. Patients often mention that she explains things clearly and takes the time to address every concern.
She is licensed in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC, Oregon, and California, and board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
