Motunrayo Ofi, FNP-BC, MSN, BSN, RN is a compassionate and driven Family Nurse Practitioner with over 5 years of experience providing high-quality, evidence-based care to diverse patient populations, and more than a decade of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
She brings a strong foundation of clinical knowledge, complemented by a deep commitment to patient-centered care, cultural competence, and ethical practice. Her expertise spans primary, urgent, and preventive care, with a strong background in chronic disease management, telehealth, clinical documentation auditing (ICD-10, CPT, HCC), and value-based care models.
