We offer flexible monthly membership plans designed to fit your healthcare needs. Choose from Basic Access ($39/month), Plus Primary Care ($79/month), or Premium Family ($149/month + $20 per dependent). All plans include unlimited secure messaging, multiple in-clinic and telehealth visits per year, discounts on procedures, and at-cost lab testing. There's a one-time enrollment fee of $25, and a $35 fee for missed appointments without 24-hour notice.
Yes, we provide comprehensive and confidential STD/STI testing services including HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes, hepatitis B & C, and HPV testing. We offer same-day rapid testing with immediate results for many tests, treatment options, PrEP/PEP counseling, and partner notification services. All testing is confidential and performed in a judgment-free environment. Testing is covered by most insurance plans and included in our membership programs.
