Tuberculin (PPD) skin tests read at 48-72 hours, blood titers to prove immunity to measles, mumps, rubella, varicella and hepatitis B, vaccination records and boosters, and physical exam forms completed while you wait. Bring the form your employer or school gave you and we will take it from there.
1. Bring your form
Whatever your employer, school, or the FMCSA requires. Bring it, plus your ID, glasses if you wear them, and a list of medications.
2. The exam
Vitals, vision, hearing, and the hands-on exam your form calls for, plus TB tests or titers drawn on the spot if required.
3. Paperwork done at the visit
Forms signed and certificates issued before you leave. TB skin tests need one quick return visit at 48-72 hours for the read.
